Dance for the Climate

It has become a every day subject now. You could be sensitive to it or not, the social networks are always remembering us what we do with the planet, killing it with our pollution or other human insensibilities.

On Sunday 2th of December, “I can’t, I’ve climate” have said some Belgian personalities in a Facebook video, because a walk is organised in Brussels. “Claim the Climate” is already claimed as the biggest citizen mobilization ever seen in Belgium. It’s to make the politicians react about the ecological actions that could be made.

That mobilization isn’t limited to a walk because ending in the Cinquantenaire, a “dance for the climate” will take place. It is organized by Paradise City Festival, a eco-sensitive festival that hosts us this summer (clic to read our review). During the festival, surrendered by vegetation, we enjoyed the music on pallet-made stages and the good food, proposed by almost 100% vegetarian food trucks. On the site, no one-use cups and a bracelet system for the drink tickets.

That green open-air will start at 2PM and will end at 8PM with Nico Morano, who is on the electronic scene for almost 15 years and considered as a leader on the Belgian scene. The afternoon will start with Exon, he imposed his label Play Label Records in 2013 with house and deep house sounds. Following him, a B2B between Pallando and Arthur Tixhon, both Under My Garage residents.
Lola Haro, Paradise City SoundSystem and Thang will follow before letting the desk Nico Morano.

A beautiful collaboration between Belgian collectifs for a good cause and a deep dancefloor as promised. The reason is beautiful to come and wiggle under our famous Belgian weather -rain- but 14° are foretold. A party with good music and respecting our planet with reusable cups, 100% vegetarian food trucks, and portable ashtrays available and provided by Surfrider Foundation Europe.

So no excuse, on Sunday 2th of December, ” I can’t, I’ve climate!”
